This Limited Warranty is
extended to the original purchaser/user, that is purchased from the Loadhelper
website and cannot be transferred. The
Loadhelper™ is warranted for One Year against defects and workmanship.
Additionally, the Loadhelper™ is backed by a 30-day money back guarantee.
Defective products or
parts will be repaired or replaced by Preferred Design LLC.
All freight charges for returned products are the responsibility of the
customer. Merchandise returned under the 30-day money back guarantee must be
returned in the original box and in re-saleable condition.
If the Loadhelper was delivered with free shipping, the actual shipping charges
will be deducted from money back.
The LOADHELPER™ system
is an overload spring support apparatus that is designed and intended to be a
system that is occasionally used by the consumer in adherence with the pickup
truck’s gross vehicle weight rating. The LOADHELPER™ system is guaranteed to
perform as intended by the manufacturer to the satisfaction of the consumer,
contingent on the LOADHELPER™ system being installed per the manufacturer’s
instructions and the pickup truck’s GVWR not being exceeded. The warranty does
not cover damages caused by misuse or negligence.
Preferred Design LLC is in
not responsible for the structural strength of the Pickup Truck frame where the
Loadhelper™ is attached. Please use professionals to install this product if
needed.
